About the Role
The Global Delivery Partnerships (GDP) team manages Uber's most strategic global restaurant relationships, partnering with large, complex brands to drive growth, reliability, and innovation across the platform. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll lead one of Uber's largest enterprise accounts shaping commercial strategy, influencing product and operational priorities, and driving measurable impact on revenue, customer experience, and merchant satisfaction. The environment is fast-changing, requiring constant trade-offs between partner needs and Uber's platform goals. This position demands a resourceful, resilient mindset and offers unparalleled exposure to real-world impact at a global scale.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$118,000 per year - USD$131,500 per year.
For Los Angeles, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$118,000 per year - USD$131,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$146,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$146,000 per year.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or business development.
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven ability to define, negotiate, and execute complex commercial contracts with partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food delivery, QSR, or multi-unit retail industries.
- Deep understanding of Delivery-as-a-Service (1P) and marketplace (3P) models.
- Demonstrated success leading joint business planning and performance marketing initiatives.
- Executive presence and ability to manage complex cross-functional projects at scale.
- Proven track record of managing C-suite or VP-level partnerships in large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to use data to influence strategic decision-making.
