We are looking for a Senior Talent Business Partner (Senior Manager, HRBP) to support the Platforms, Services, and Sales organization.
Our Talent Business Partner team is the strategic arm of Talent focused on identifying, developing, and implementing projects and initiatives to staff, on-board, develop, motivate, assess, retain, and organize our talent who ultimately enable our high growth business. We weave together talent-related data to tell a cohesive story about the organizations we support and where we need to invest and arm our stakeholders with the data they need to make strategic decisions.
Proactive and uses good judgment when defining/executing plans against nuanced and highly confidential and complex situations - pivoting as needed along the way. Strong business acumen and customer focus with a sense of urgency and precise execution capabilities; possesses the innate ability to set talent priorities 12-18-24 months in advance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for working across multiple leaders and their teams, synthesizing points of view and owning a strategic and flexible action plan. Strongly hypothesis driven, comfortable diving-deep and analyzing data with the ability to interpret, translate, and communicate findings in ways that motivate and empower leaders to take action. Proven experience in executive coaching, influencing leaders in an ambiguous, fast-paced, matrixed environment. A consistent bar raiser - you're self-aware, curious, and passionate about the business context and continuously iterating and improving to drive impact.
Partner with key Talent teams and business leaders to design and deliver execution strategies supporting broad change initiatives (e.g. optimizing organizational design, changing operating models, onboarding new leaders, etc.). Coach functional partners - across levels - on managing performance feedback, leadership development, and conflict management with their teams. Partner with central Talent partners, other Talent Business Partners, and key stakeholders to develop and implement scalable talent solutions to include compensation and development processes. Provide guidance and advising on best practices to support managers on effectively managing, evaluating, and growing individual performance and development. Advise and consult in the resolution of employee relations concerns by partnering with employees and managers to recommend effective, equitable, and scalable solutions. Conduct investigations, provide accurate and timely responses to concerns, and determine solutions that mitigate risk and uphold legal compliance and equity. Partner to support people-focused, department-specific business objectives by leading core analyses (e.g. employee voice surveys, deep-dives, listening sessions etc.) and use related outputs to shape action planning that yields a positive impact on efficiency, customer, and revenue/cost.
