The position will be based in Commerce, CA. The salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. As a Production Supervisor at our milk facility, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of milk processing operations. Your role will involve leading a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining quality standards throughout the process. You'll coordinate with other departments to optimize production efficiency, monitor inventory levels, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, as well as addressing any issues that arise during production. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our milk facility.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• One (1) or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership background ability to direct a diverse unionized workforce.
• Ability to manage and develop associates.
• Strong skills Working knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications.
