Primary Duties
- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results.
- Communicate company goals, including quality and customer satisfaction.
- Engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training.
- Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus.
- Check production, quality, and maintenance output according to specifications.
- Submit reports on performance and progress while identifying issues in efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Plan and manage resources and coordinate immediate resolutions to work process interruptions.
- Train new employees in how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate these objectives to employees.
- Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

This role is responsible for focusing on the current week; coordinating the application of performance tools and methodologies to enhance rapid, ongoing, measurable improvements; Day-to-Day Production, Quality and Maintenance team Operations as assigned; setting and communicating daily weekly, and monthly objectives.

Check production, quality, and maintenance output according to specifications, submit reports on performance and progress while identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings within an environment of trust and engagement and ensure the safe use of equipment and schedules regular maintenance. Plan and manage resources and coordinate immediate resolutions to work process interruptions to meet period results. Train new employees in how to safely use machinery, follow procedures and continuously validate conformity and effectiveness to standard work practices. Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate these objectives to employees. Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Work experience in a Manufacturing Environment or Food or Beverage Experience supervising exempt and non-exempt associates Manufacturing operations experience. Able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Familiar with HACCP, ISO Standards, Six Sigma, and Lean Principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, CONA, SharePoint, PHRED, Kronos, and SharePoint is a plus. Detail-oriented and capable of mentally retaining details of events.
