Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Research and evaluate DriveCam events through the Lytx portal.
  • Audits and investigates driver's Records of Duty Status utilizing the ELD provider, GPS, and TMW to identify discrepancies, violations, or falsifications.
  • Communicates to field leadership regarding the details of DriveCam and Hours of Service opportunities.
  • Ensures all submitted compliance documentation is accurate and ensures that drivers complete the necessary edits to the record of duty status.
  • Executes safety audits of driver qualification files for new hire orientation.
  • Supports controlled substance testing by scheduling drivers and providing required documentation to field leadership.
  • Assist with updating medical certification and CDLs in the system.
  • Reviews new hire driver documents for accuracy. Review and decommission old tractors in Safety.

Job Overview
The Safety Services Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting safety programs, policies, and procedures. This position involves administrative tasks, coordination of safety training, data management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. The coordinator plays an important role in supporting the Safety Services team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with up to one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DOT Compliance, Tableau, QuickBase, DriveCam/Lytx, TMW, Samsara, Tenstreet, eScreen, SuperVision.
