Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Design, maintain, and optimize the charitable giving database, including gift records, nonprofit partner accounts, and contact information
- Conduct thorough reviews of non-profit IRS filings and financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors to gather feedback and translate needs into improved data processes and reporting systems
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards using CRM tools and Excel to support impact measurement and strategic decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems and reporting tools
- Identify and implement process improvements for data collection, entry, and reporting workflows

- Familiarity with Tableau preferred for data sourcing and presentations.
- Strong understanding of grant evaluation processes, such as metrics development, data review, and outcome reporting.
