Job OverviewThe Director, Enterprise Operational Excellence establishes and maintains relationships with senior leaders in order to influence and lead enterprise business transformation strategies to achieve the company's vision and objectives. This role will provide leadership, development, and coaching for a team of Enterprise Business Process Managers and Enterprise Project Managers; while ensuring the successful execution of enterprise change initiatives, process development and improvement. The Director of Enterprise Operational Excellence serves as a change agent and will model, lead and coach people on the culture change necessary to support and sustain business process transformation; and collaborate with external partners to develop and enhance enterprise technology solutions.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain relationships with senior leaders in order to influence and lead enterprise business transformation strategies to achieve the company's vision and objectives

Provide leadership, development, and coaching for a team of Enterprise Business Process Managers and Enterprise Project Managers. Ensure the successful execution of enterprise change initiatives, process development, and improvement utilizing process, project, and change management methodologies

Lead, manage, and provide subject matter expertise to multiple enterprise change initiatives involving the design and implementation of new enterprise business processes, process improvements, enterprise business practices, or new technology solutions. Communicate with key leaders on initiative progress, status, and risk mitigation strategies

Model, lead and coach people on the culture change necessary to support and sustain business process transformation

Collaborate with and influence external bottling and software partners and provide leadership in the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise technology solutions

Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesAbility to teach, coach, lead, and manage highly skilled personnel

Ability to lead and influence without authority to drive change across the organization

Willingness to display managerial courage in an appropriate manner

Bottler industry, business enterprise knowledge, or specific functional experience

Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and bottling partners

Ability to understand the interdependencies of systems and processes

Critical problem solving and strategic thinking skills

Business process design and documentation experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Proven project management skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and projects
  • Excellent PC skills, SAP knowledge, Bottler specific applications, and process mapping tools
  • Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree (4 years)
  • Knowledge acquired through 7 or more years of work experience
  • Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional, Agile, Process Management, Six Sigma certification is preferred.
