Job OverviewThe Consolidated Management System Administrator (CMS Administrator) oversees the administration of the management system which enables the plant location and company overall to keep up with market demands by increasing productivity, capacity, agility, and flexibility; enhancing our work processes to support growth and maintain a sustained competitive advantage, and supports a culture of continuous improvement. The Management System applies lean principles and leads to the introduction of tools, techniques, and principles within the management structure that becomes routine and help improve quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction by eliminating waste in all work processes. The CMS Administrator will assist in driving down operating costs for the production facility and serve as the primary representative during internal and external audits of the system. This individual also provides strategic guidance to Supply Chain Operations in capturing cost savings and process improvement opportunities and has the ability to lead projects through implementation.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesManages the administration of Consolidated Management System to assure adherence to ISO requirements and serves as the primary representative during internal and external audits of the system

Serves as a subject matter expert of the Consolidated Management System and fosters open communication and training for the management system within the facility

  • Supports, collaborates, and informs of management system changes and other continuous process improvements that help improve quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction by eliminating waste in all work processes
  • Conducts routine audits and ensures compliance with the management system
  • Establishes planning strategies and metric standards for the management system

  • Provides strategic guidance to supply chain operations in capturing cost savings and process improvement opportunities
  • Has the ability to lead projects through implementation
  • Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally and mentor continuous improvement projects
  • Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Minimum Qualifications2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
  • Preferred Qualifications2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school in Management Systems, Business, or IT
