Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Production code to develop user-friendly, reliable code that will run in a production environment, with clear documentation for others to follow
- Software maintenance to improve and maintain existing software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Participate in root cause analysis of system issues
- Test software with test codes to determine if it satisfies the user requirements, produces correct numbers, and if it is running efficiently without crashing
- Utilize development standards to utilize software principles, strategies, and architectures as defined by the Enterprise Architect (GiT, Archiving Process, JIRA, Web Technologies, etc.)
- Identify improvement recommendations to Enterprise Architect to achieve best practices and high performance
- Design and work with Technical Manager or Enterprise Architect to analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents

Full Job Description
The DV Development Analyst uses various software development languages (SQL, Perl, C Code, JavaScript, Spotfire, etc.) and other tools to write, edit, maintain, and test computer software. They follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to plan, design, build, test, and deploy software applications, ranging from web portals, DV proprietary analytical modules, and sites to SQL applications. In addition to creating new software, the role will also improve and maintain existing software. All tasks are monitored under the direction of a Senior Developer.

- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree (4 years).
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience.
- Ability to successfully complete technical assessments demonstrating expertise in full-stack web development using technologies such as Angular, Node.js, SQL, and Git. Additional relevant skills include proficiency with Linux environments and familiarity with AI technologies.
- Experience in Computer Science and/or Information Technologies
This position will sit onsite 4 days a week in South Park- Charlotte, NC
