Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Conduct research on emerging global well-being trends and best practices to inform strategy and program design.
  • Collect and analyze engagement and impact data to support continuous improvement of well-being programs.
  • Develop and/or distribute content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, digital campaigns) to promote global well-being initiatives.
  • Work with regional teams and stakeholders to adapt programs for local needs and cultural relevance.
  • Participate in planning and coordination of well-being activities and events as needed, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Provide general support for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Education Requirements:
