Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Conduct research on emerging global well-being trends and best practices to inform strategy and program design.
- Collect and analyze engagement and impact data to support continuous improvement of well-being programs.
- Develop and/or distribute content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, digital campaigns) to promote global well-being initiatives.
- Work with regional teams and stakeholders to adapt programs for local needs and cultural relevance.
- Participate in planning and coordination of well-being activities and events as needed, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Provide general support for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

- Administrative Support: Provide general support for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors program in Business & HR related fields, Behavioral Sciences, or Analytics related fields.
