Primary Duties

  • Conduct market analysis on consumer trends in the sports category
  • Learn product development process by assisting other R&D team members towards day-to-day R&D activities
  • Learn different beverage manufacturing processes used at industrial scale
  • Work closely with cross-functional technical team to understand the research gaps in sports hydration
  • Conduct bench top formulation work to design and develop new products
  • Contribute towards building next generation sports products, learn new skills, and get to have lots of fun at the same time

Position Overview:
The Coca-Cola Company's North America Product Development R&D Team is actively recruiting for a 2026 Summer Internship position. The chosen candidate will support exploratory initiatives for the next generation of beverages in the sports category leveraging AI.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis on consumer trends in the sports category
  • Learn product development process by assisting other R&D team members towards day-to-day R&D activities
  • Learn different beverage manufacturing processes used at industrial scale
  • Work closely with cross-functional technical team to understand the research gaps in sports hydration

Education Requirements:

Compensation:
Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
Monthly Salary (graduate): $6,066
