General Manager

Pay: Salaried Position with Benefits, valued much higher than starting rate.

A General Manager runs the restaurant and is very hands-on in executing operations, managing financial performance, being involved in product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing. A General Manager typically has 1-2 Assistant General Managers and Shift Leaders to assist in the management of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience. Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred. Pay rate is based on experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Business education preferred.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and Labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices. ServSafe certifiable.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the capability to oversee multiple aspects of the business.
• Ability to train others.
• Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges, including standing for periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have a friendly and positive attitude! Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and be prompt.
