- Drive sales growth through execution and local marketing
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members
- Build future leaders and reduce turnover
- Schedule effectively to balance service and labor goals
- Deliver exceptional 'Fan First' hospitality
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, speed, and order accuracy standards
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain ServSafe compliance
- Execute Dairy Queen PRIDE operational systems consistently
- Partner with local schools, businesses, and organizations
- Execute store-level promotions and outreach programs

- Comfortable working in high-volume environments
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High standards for cleanliness, organization, and service
- Salary up to $72,000 per year
