What You'll DoLead by example and represent the Dairy Queen brand professionally

Deliver excellent customer (fan) service and coach the team to do the same

Run shifts across front of house and kitchen operations

Control labor and food cost to support profitability

Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards

Help hire, train, coach, and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant

Handle customer concerns using service recovery standards

Support local marketing and community efforts when needed

Take ownership of your responsibilities and hold the team accountable

What We're Looking For13 years of restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)

Experience managing labor and food cost

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation

ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

High energy, dependable, and organized

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environment

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Willing to work around heat, cold, and busy shifts

Professional attitude, punctual, positive mindset
