Maintenance/Facilities SpecialistPerforms a wide range of facilities services tasks including non-technical maintenance of building and equipment.

Responsibilities include

Pressure washing, outdoor maintenance, detail cleaning of equipment, floors, and more

Clean and maintain equipment, per the cleaning schedule

Check in and put away truck orders

Do garden/yard upkeep, collecting trash etc.

Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, detail scrubbing floors, cleaning behind equipment, etc.

Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Documents facilities maintenance requirements; maintains appropriate records of work performed.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements include

• Ability to work early mornings, have an eye for cleanliness

Have needed skills or be willing to learn

This is a part time position, but if you can travel between 2 stores, it could be a full time position

At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified preferred

Experience using hand tools

Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

Physical stamina and dexterity ability to lift up to 50lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
