It’s a comfortable place with great benefits.

During my time in the CNC department, the work environment was consistently engaging and relaxed. I appreciated the supportive leadership and collaborative relationships with my colleagues. Customer interactions were generally positive, focused on fulfilling orders. While the team dynamics were largely positive, I observed some interpersonal challenges that I felt were not adequately addressed by Human Resources, resulting in a rating of 4 out of 5.
