Very rewarding, I have worked for Lowe's for 5 years in and out. I have gained lots of experience from the managers and coworkers.
Strengths of Employment: I greatly value the respect shown by upper management and appreciate the support of the store manager. Overall, I consider this a wonderful employer. Areas for Improvement: I occasionally experience disconnect with supervisory interactions, though I maintain a professional respect for their roles. Work Environment & Culture: The work environment is consistently busy, particularly at the customer service desk. I find the pace stimulating and enjoy the demands of the role.
