About the RoleAs a Sr. Associate, GTM Data Strategy & Architecture, you will be the business owner and lead.
You will own the Salesforce data roadmap, ensuring our infrastructure scales with our GTM ambitions while maintaining foundational excellence.
You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and business strategy to turn Salesforce into our definitive global Source of Truth.
What You'll Do:Architect GTM Data Strategy and Architecture: Design and lead the implementation of high-stakes data initiatives, such as Account AI Enrichment and global vendor infrastructure integrations
Drive SFDC Transformation: Own the evolution of Salesforce as the Source of Truth, overseeing complex hierarchy restructuring, parent-child relationship cleanup, and systemic data governance
Lead Cross-Functional Governance: Establish and chair working groups across Engineering, RevTech, and Sales Leadership to resolve systemic blockers, define R&Rs, and eliminate data leakage
Mitigate Strategic Risk: Proactively identify and resolve system vulnerabilities and architectural gaps before they impact revenue or reporting integrity
Optimize Team Velocity: Manage strategic data resources and capacity planning, leveraging velocity analysis to accelerate GTM decision-making
Basic Qualifications

- years of experience in Revenue Operations, Product Operations, or Management Consulting, or similar field
Salesforce Mastery: Deep SFDC ecosystem knowledge to push platform boundaries (without needing to code)
Familiarity with tooling such as Zoominfo, Clay, etc.; well-versed in data warehousing and APIs
Preferred Qualifications
People Management Experience
Experience with or desire to learn GTM Engineering
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, data enrichment tools, and API integration workflows
Change Management: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational transformations or system migrations
