About the Role
The Research & Insights Manager I, US&C Delivery & Mobility, will manage the research needs across the region and be the primary POC for Brand Marketing, S&P, and Eater Ops. This role will lead primary research to advise Uber's product development, campaigns and marketing strategies with a heavy focus on campaign development testing.
This role will need to understand the needs of the business, executive leaders, and cross-functional team members to craft, implement, and deliver high-impact primary research, both quantitative and qualitative. Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of work experience in consumer-focused market research, marketing, or consulting.
- Bachelor degree in market research, statistics, economics or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in campaign development research.
- Hands-on experience at a research supplier - writing questionnaires and discussion guides, fielding research, etc.
- Excellent critical thinking, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for using insights from multiple sources to guide strategy.
- Ability to work in a quick-moving environment and prioritize among projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Intellectually curious and inquisitive with a genuine passion for problem solving and ability to think quickly on one's feet to ensure success of research projects in a changing environment.
- Comfortable interacting with a large and diverse set of leaders, team members, and vendors.
- Experience working in a consumer or tech focused company.
