Experience Analyst, Global MembershipThe Experience Analyst will support improving and protecting the core member experience to drive retention across the Uber One member base. This role will focus on ensuring members have a consistently high-quality experience, identifying and mitigating sources of friction, and building mechanisms that protect against poor experiences.

In addition, the Experience Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating, shaping, and supporting the development of new benefits to ensure they meet member needs and deliver durable value.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end member experience strategy with a focus on retention

Identify key drivers of poor member experiences and develop mechanisms to prevent, detect, and resolve them

Partner with Product, Support, and Operations teams to improve experience quality across the member journey

Define standards for what constitutes a strong member experience and ensure consistency at scale

Evaluate new and existing benefits through the lens of member experience and retention impact

Support the development and launch of new benefits to ensure experience quality and operational readiness

Establish experience metrics and accountability for retention-related outcomes

Basic Qualifications

• years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

SQL proficiency and experience with complex data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

Financial acumen - understands the importance of investments and different means of measuring return

High standards and a bias toward action. You can find the context and information you need through relationships across the organization, you push for clarity and delivery, and you hold a high bar from your contributions and those of the people you work with

Effective team player

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year

USD$118,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year

USD$118,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
