Primary Duties
- Build relationships. Lead day-to-day interactions with senior executives and key decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Lead key project workstreams to drive growth for the merchant partner at scale.
- Partner with cross-functional teams. Be the voice of the customer and seamlessly navigate internal processes.
- Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment. Clearly communicate the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings.
- Handle the big picture and the tiny details. You are organized, timely and ensure nothing gets missed; you are also attuned to strategy and consistently come up with new ways to create or contribute to our partnerships.
- You can navigate negotiations, difficult partner conversations, and internal roadblocks.
- Bring your analytical A-game. Develop business models and analyses with Global Partner Ops Analysts to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our goals.
- This role involves travel a minimum of 1x per quarter - primarily domestic, including visits to merchants, conventions and offsites. International travel may be required on occasion.

About the Role
The Global Delivery Partnerships (GDP) team manages Uber's most strategic global restaurant relationships, partnering with large, complex brands to drive growth, reliability, and innovation across the platform.

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or business development.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Proven ability to define, negotiate, and execute complex commercial contracts with partners.
- Experience in food delivery, QSR, or multi-unit retail industries.
- Deep understanding of Delivery-as-a-Service (1P) and marketplace (3P) models.
- Demonstrated success leading joint business planning and performance marketing initiatives.
- Executive presence and ability to manage complex cross-functional projects at scale.
- Proven track record of managing C-suite or VP-level partnerships in large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to use data to influence strategic decision-making.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year.
For Los Angeles, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp.
