Truck BuilderThe Truck Builder will ensure the efficient layout and assembly of each Truck Builder load to optimize the number of cases per truck leaving the division and make loading and unloading as efficient as possible.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $18.18 and $30.30. The starting pay is $26/hr. This role will also receive overtime compensation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Use Truck Builder software to layout and assemble each trailer. Analyze the output to ensure that loads are built to maximize both safety and efficiency while loading and unloading product.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the proper supply of all necessary materials to facilitate successful loading and unloading processes. Order supplies as needed.
Respond to all driver concerns regarding loads built with Truck Builder. Adjust loads as necessary to address concerns and maximize efficiency.

Work Environment
Work will take place at a desk in an office environment and within normal warehouse environments including cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may be as low as -5 degrees.

Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to solve problems of limited scope.
Education
High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.

One year of experience in a warehouse preferred.
