Operations CoordinatorThe Coordinator, Warehouse will perform activities that support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and scheduling of freight and proper distribution of warehouse items. Activities include data entry, preparation and distribution of reports, and record maintenance.

Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Warehouse leadership team to ensure compliance with DOT requirements and division policies.

Great Operations Coordinators are crucial to the US FOODS team and strive for integrity and reliability while building strong working relationships.

What You Bring to the TableEducation / TrainingHigh School Diploma or equivalent required

Related Experience / RequirementsMinimum of two (2) years clerical or warehouse administrative experience required

Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred

Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesStrong teamwork skills and ability to support department and division needs

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing workloads

    Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $24.00 and $27.00 per hour.
