Primary Duties
- Wraps, boxes and labels fresh cut meat items for distribution.
- Cleans all production rooms and equipment to meet SSOP and HACCP requirements.

- Pick and pack orders per customer specification.
- Scan product as directed to capture required data.
- Transport product and package accordingly utilizing prescribed equipment.
- Sort, organize, repack, palletize, track, weight and break down various products to assist production as needed.
- Ship and receive product utilizing assigned material handling equipment.
- Perform various facility sanitation duties as required.
- Operate assigned production equipment utilized for further processing.
- Complete miscellaneous other duties as assigned by management.

Basic Purpose: The Meat Wrapper wraps, boxes and labels fresh cut meat items for distribution. Cleans all production rooms and equipment to meet SSOP and HACCP requirements.
Responsibilities:

This position could require overtime with or without notice; finish time is when the work is completed.
Related Experience/Requirements:
Perform various roles including activities such as product receiving and selection, packaging, sorting, reboxing, and facility sanitation while adhering to company manufacturing requirements and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Manual dexterity, ability to lift over 50-60 pounds regularly and 80-100 pounds occasionally, ability to bend, twist, grasp, reach, push, pull, and use repetitive motion as required, ability to withstand temperatures of 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit for periods of 2-3 hours.
Compensation: The expected base rate for this role is between $25.94-$26.00/hour.
