Pay:
- Our delivery drivers start at $27.81 during training, after training drivers switch to a component pay of mileage, stops, and cases to average $32.00 per hour.
Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday (5 day work weeks) With Flex Scheduling Options

Main Ingredients of the Job
- Safely drive truck to vendors and company drop-off sites

Physical Requirements
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
- Must be able to perform coupling procedures for the Tractor/Trailer
What You Bring to the Table
- Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times per week required
- Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role $27.81 per hour during training and then switches to component pay.
As applicable, this role will also receive component pay (based on cases, mileage, stops).
