Kitchen Shift Leader

At Chick-fil-A, the kitchen shift leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that every restaurant customer has an exceptional experience. Team leaders are responsible for overseeing the assigned stations throughout a shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager; following established opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include

Supervise daily operation of food service staff.

• Ensure team members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Ensure team members are precise with weights and measures of all recipe items.
• Ensure team members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant’s established service speed guidelines.

Supervise the quality of products and services produced.

Adjust daily schedule for shift staff to ensure optimal efficiency.

Adheres strictly to all Company policies and procedures.
