Shift LeaderA Shift Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Responsibilities
Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the Front of House
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Count drawers and finalize day
Qualifications and
Requirements

Reliable transportation
Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Restaurant Leadership Role or Equivalent
Available to work a minimum of 2 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays a month
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in operations within customer service industry
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Drive-Thru Experience
This person must be skilled in time management.
This person must be self-directed and highly organized.
This person must be able to delegate
This person must be punctual and detail oriented
