Job Summary
The role of the Front of House Team Leader is to lead the front counter, dining room, and drive-thru teams with excellence. FOH Team Leaders create a positive environment, ensure smooth shift operations, and coach Team Members to deliver attentive, friendly, and guest-focused service.
Responsibilities
- Lead FOH shifts to meet or exceed speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction goals
Model and protect Chick-fil-A's culture by demonstrating our Purpose, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction
Hold Team Members accountable to performance and service standards
Assign roles and breaks strategically to maintain full coverage
Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks before they impact Guests
Proactively address Guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
Skill in balancing Guest needs with operational priorities
Confidence in giving direction and making real-time adjustments
Reliability in executing shift checklists and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and consistent in work ethic
Able to work a flexible schedule, including peak meal periods
