Senior Financial Analyst

Senior AnalystThis Senior Analyst position supports financial planning & analysis within CVS Health's Pharmacy Benefits Management segment (PBM). This role is a part of the PBM's Network/Retail Finance team, and will partner with other PBM finance teams, to support the modernization and improved accuracy of the team's budgeting & forecasting practices.
This position is open to remote & hybrid employees. The team is based out of the Northbrook, IL office, & is generally in office one day a week for team members within a reasonably commutable distance. This is not a requirement.

Responsibilities
Conducting variance analysis to support the improvement efforts of the team's budgeting & forecasting processes
- Working with analysts to support these efforts within the Network team
Providing analysis & valuation of changes that effect the team's P&L
Required Qualifications

• years of financial modeling experience
Preferred Qualifications
Variance analysis experience at a granular level
Financial planning & analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month end close, etc.)
Experience at a healthcare company
Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, SAP
Experience learning new technologies
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other quantitatively oriented fields from an accredited four year college or university required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
