We are seeking a reliable Order Selector to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment.

Hiring Immediately! Starting rate: $18.00/hr / $1.00 differential for 2nd shift

Monday

• Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

ResponsibilitiesPick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.

Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.

Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.

Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.

Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.

Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.

QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

02 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.

EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
