Full Job Description
Senior Business Systems Analyst
Leading at Uber means navigating ambiguity, staying calm under pressure, and owning outcomes without a perfect script. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will solve complex, real-world data challenges. This is not a "business as usual" reporting role; you will be at the center of our digital transformation, architecting scalable data governance and AI-driven solutions that power movement and commerce across the platform.
The work is fast-moving and high-stakes. You'll be tasked with breaking down messy, unstructured problems into focused plans of execution—balancing the need for rapid insights with the necessity of airtight governance and technical debt reduction. If you are a systems thinker who cares about building infrastructure that actually works, and you're energized by the challenge of bridging the gap between business strategy and engineering reality, this is where you'll grow.
What you'll do
Basic Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $133,000 per year - USD $148,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
Uber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
