About the Role
As the Manager for the US Enterprise Franchise Team, you will lead a team of Account Managers to grow and deepen our partnerships with franchise groups and locations across the country.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$158,000 per year - USD$175,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$175,000 per year - USD$194,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$175,000 per year - USD$194,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of compensation. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience as a sales person - selling, developing, negotiating and upselling account base
- Previous management experience of target driven sales team
- Excellent at building and auditing Sales processes along with analyzing and articulating problems and opportunities therein
- Extensive track record of Seller/Account Management coaching, developing people, and building successful teams
