Sr. Product Designer

This Senior UX Designer role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable experiences that improve usability, efficiency, and clarity across complex workflows. As the first UX designer in this space, you will play a key role in shaping design strategy, setting standards, and influencing how seller experiences are built over time.

What You Will Do

Lead the design of seller and seller-facing experiences across Uber Delivery

Help define UX strategy, principles, and patterns for Seller Technology

Partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and enablement to shape solutions

Translate complex business requirements into clear, usable experiences

Use data, feedback, and judgment to continuously improve the seller experience

Basic Qualifications

• years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex, workflow-driven products

Preferred Qualifications

Proven ability to lead design efforts end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery, in partnership with product and engineering

Experience influencing design outcomes across multiple stakeholders and teams

Demonstrated systems thinking and ability to balance user needs with operational constraints

Experience contributing to or defining UX standards, patterns, or frameworks

Comfort operating autonomously and shaping direction in evolving problem spaces
