  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help benchmark best practices across the sourcing organization.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing Marketing to lead sourcing efforts across Policy & Communications, Market Research, and B2B Marketing, while providing strategic support for media-related spend. This role will help identify sourcing opportunities, improve return on expenditures, strengthen supplier performance, and support the development and execution of category strategies.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound sourcing fundamentals, and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the business. This person will manage lower-complexity sourcing initiatives end to end and support more complex initiatives, negotiations, and change management efforts.

What You'll Do

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, management consulting, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting spend analysis, market assessments, and opportunity identification.
  • Experience leading or supporting sourcing projects from strategy through execution.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of supplier negotiations, competitive bidding, and RFX processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Experience supporting marketing categories such as Policy & Communications, Market Research, B2B Marketing, Media, agency, or related services.
  • Experience with supplier performance management and change management.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
