Our Drivers start at $26.97 per hour during training. After training, Drivers switch to component pay. Component pay is based on factors such as stops, miles, and cases. Drivers may average $1700 weekly!

• Friday | 3-5am start time until complete. This position requires travel to 1 yard for a week at a time. Paris, Nashville and Bowling Green.

CDL A Delivery Driver – Position Overview

You'll safely navigate the highway and city streets, back into tight docks, and unload with precision. The CDL A Delivery Driver role goes beyond simply transporting goods - it's about perfecting the craft of delivery, earning trust mile by mile, and serving as a vital link to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Driving: Deliver products to our customers in a timely and safe manner.

Unloading: Skillfully unload products efficiently using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand, placing them in the designated storage areas – 100% touch freight.

• Delivery Verification: Verify deliveries with customers & secure signatures.

Customer Service: Provide professional service to enhance customer experience.

Equipment Inspection: Conduct pre- & post-trip inspections to uphold safety standards.

Account Management: Handle collections and payments when applicable.

Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

Lift/carry/push/pull/lower 20 to 80

Driving & working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10

Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as low as 0 degrees.

Continuously grasp objects & manipulate objects. Frequently sit, stand, walk, drive, climb/balance, stoop/squat, kneel/bend, bend, reach above shoulder, twist, and use manual dexterity.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $26.97 and $31.97.

As applicable, this role may also receive overtime compensation and component pay (i.e., based on cases, mileage, stops).
