Shift Manager
A Shift Manager is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Shift Managers are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Manager's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Shift Manager
Responsibilities
Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Serves as subject matter expert to leadership and team for ongoing hospitality, customer service, and kitchen support
Responsible for inventory and facilities management
Continuously strategizes how to improve sales and processes in the restaurant
Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures

You will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, with excellent communication skills.
You must have the ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.
You also must be efficient and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus.
You must have proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
