Job Summary

The role of the Front of House Team Leader is to lead the front counter, dining room, and drive-thru teams with excellence. FOH Team Leaders create a positive environment, ensure smooth shift operations, and coach Team Members to deliver attentive, friendly, and guest-focused service.

ResponsibilitiesLead FOH shifts to meet or exceed speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction goals

Model and protect Chick-fil-A's culture by demonstrating our Purpose, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction

Ensure the daily use of operational systems within the FOH

Hold Team Members accountable to performance and service standards

Assign roles and breaks strategically to maintain full coverage

Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks before they impact Guests

Maintain clear communication with BOH leadership for optimized throughput

Proactively address Guest concerns with professionalism and urgency

Oversee cash management processes

Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed with excellence

Monitor dining room cleanliness, atmosphere, and hospitality throughout the shift

RequirementsProven ability to manage shift operations independently

Strong situational awareness and decision-making in high-pressure moments

Skill in balancing Guest needs with operational priorities

Confidence in giving direction and making real-time adjustments

Reliability in executing shift checklists and procedures

Knowledge of labor and food cost management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and consistent in work ethic

Able to work a flexible schedule, including peak meal periods
